MySchoolOS™ is a cloud software service. It is delivered electronically over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
After your payment is confirmed and we have the details we need to set up your school (such as the school name, contact person and the plan you chose), we create your school’s MySchoolOS™ workspace and send the login details to the e-mail address or mobile number you gave us.
We aim to activate access within 1 to 3 working days after we receive your payment and the required details. Timing may be longer if we are waiting for information from you, or for public holidays and reasons beyond our control.
Onboarding and training for your team are scheduled with you after activation.
An internet connection and a modern web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing needs to be installed.
If you have paid and have not received your login details within the time above, please write to info@bigexcel.in with your school name, payment date and transaction ID. We will look into it and fix it promptly. If we cannot activate the service because of an error on our side, you can ask for a refund as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
