Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to payments made to BigExcel Technologies LLP for MySchoolOS^™ subscriptions and related services. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. A free demo carries no charge and no payment is taken for it.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel at any time. To cancel, write to info@bigexcel.in from the registered e-mail address of your MySchoolOS^™ account, stating your school name and that you wish to cancel. We will confirm in writing.

Cancellation stops future renewals and charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

Fees paid for a subscription are non-refundable once payment is made, including fees for a billing period that is partly used or unused. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

4. Exceptions: payment errors

We will refund an amount in the following cases, after we verify the facts:

• the same payment was charged more than once (duplicate payment);
• you were charged an amount higher than the amount due;
• the payment was debited from your account but the transaction failed or the subscription was not activated because of an error on our side.

5. How and when refunds are made

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We start the refund within 7 working days of approval. After that, the bank or payment gateway needs additional time to credit it, usually 5 to 10 working days.

If an amount was debited but the transaction failed, the payment gateway or your bank normally reverses it automatically within the same timeline. If it does not arrive, please write to us with the transaction ID.

6. Custom development

Custom features or projects are governed by the separate written agreement for that work. Any refund terms in that agreement apply.

7. Payment disputes

If you believe a payment was wrong, please contact us first at info@bigexcel.in with your school name, the date, the amount and the transaction ID, so we can resolve it quickly before any chargeback is raised.
