MySchoolOS™ Pricing and Plans

Modular school ERP plans, priced for your school’s size and the modules you choose. You get a clear written quote after a demo.

How pricing works

Pay for the Modules and Size of Your School

Every school is different, so MySchoolOS™ is priced to fit yours rather than as one fixed price for everyone.

Modules

Plans include the core modules, and further modules are added by plan. Start with what you need and add more later.

Students

The number of students in your school is part of the quote.

Campuses

One campus or many. Additional campuses are included in the quote.

Custom work

Anything beyond configuration, such as a special integration, is quoted separately in writing.

Billing and payment

Clear Billing, Paid Online

  • Subscription billing. The billing period and amount are stated in your quote.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes such as GST are charged extra, and a tax invoice is issued.
  • Pay online through our payment gateway partners using the options enabled for you, such as UPI, cards and net banking.
  • Third-party costs, such as payment gateway fees and SMS credits, are set by those providers.
  • You can cancel any time to stop renewal. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
